JOHN FRAsiER
Media Director
John Frasier is grateful to serve as Media Director at Christian Center Shreveport, bringing over 30 years of experience in graphic design, print, web, video, motion graphics, and marketing. Along the way he has been honored to receive multiple ADDY® Awards, but what drives him has never been the recognition. It has always been the work itself and the people the work is meant to serve.
John is passionate about advancing the kingdom of God by sharing the Gospel using the arts and media. He believes that each person possesses distinctive creative DNA that reflects God's unique design, and that our creative capacities are not merely tools we use but expressions of something fundamental we share with our Creator. For John, the media ministry of Christian Center is not just a professional role but a calling to help every believer discover and release the creative gift God has placed within them. He shows up every day with the conviction that by the leading of the Holy Spirit a well-crafted image, a compelling video, or a perfectly chosen word can facilitate an encounter with the Living God.
John is anchored by three verses that together capture the heart of his calling. John 8:32 declares the destination: truth sets people free. Proverbs 25:11 speaks to the craft required to get it there, reminding us that a word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver. And Isaiah 50:4 describes the posture of the one entrusted to deliver it, a servant who listens before he speaks and who knows how to sustain the weary with the right word at the right moment. Hear it. Craft it. Speak it. Watch it set people free.
Outside of work, John enjoys running and creating both digital and traditional art, because for John, creativity is not a job description but a way of life. On Sunday mornings you will find him in Men's Sunday School, and on Tuesday mornings you will find him in the Men's Bible Study, where he loves the discipleship, mentoring, and brotherhood that come with growing alongside the men of Christian Center.
Meshel Frasier is a gifted educator and encourager who has spent 27 years investing in the lives of others through education. As an Instructional Coordinator, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, bringing both academic depth and genuine care to every environment she serves in.
What sets Meshel apart is not just her professional expertise but her heart. She has a natural gift for creating safe spaces where people feel free to be themselves and share what is on their heart without fear of judgment. Whether in a school, a classroom, or a conversation, Meshel has a way of making people feel seen, valued, and welcome exactly as they are.
Meshel also serves on the Christian Center worship team, bringing her voice and her heart to the corporate praise of the congregation she loves.
On the weekends, you will find her doing what she loves most, spending time with family, watching movies, curling up with a good book, or getting in a run.
John and Meshel have been married for 33 years and are grateful to have called Christian Center home for over 14 years of that journey. Together they have one daughter, Ashleigh, and are the proud and very blessed grandparents of three precious grandchildren.
